hi my friend, i hope you doing ok. I just finally got my 2022 grey ruckus delivered home on tuesday :) im about to change the oil this week as im sitting on 80 miles right now. Everything feels good beside that i didnt do the break in, too many up and down hills to commute to work, im sure i will see some metal residual on the oil change. thx again for yours pasts replies and be safe bye
I fashioned a tool for the oil screen... I put an extender on a 17mm socket and the used a vice grip on the end of the extender so I could grab it past the hose.
Try some locking pliers, apply a strong good grip before giving any rotation. I would order another oil cap and have it on hand to exchange it once you have it out.
Thx for the video bud :) I will do as you mentioned. I’m planning to use a measure cup for the drain oil to see the number on it and another measure cup for the new one so I can add the exact amount you said or 400ml. I never change oil before so I don’t know what procedure you do with the old oil fluid. I’m guessing you take it somewhere to be recycled? If yes how much you pay etc. thx again on the quick response and video. Take care
@@seatosummit96 notated 😈thx bud. On a different conversation. How do you keep your scooter clean? I’m guessing with a wet towel or wipes? I’m afraid with a direct house or water pressure it might damage or malfunction some parts etc. I like to keep my stuff clean to avoid any future issues. See ya later
@@jdoe787 for the first oil change I used Hondas oem oil GN4 10w 30, but just did another change ,and used Mobil 1 Motorcycle Oil 10W 40 ,and I think that's what I'm going to run from now on.
