You can gently push back the hyponichium. Very gently. People who play violin do it too. But never to a point it gets painful (or worse). It takes weeks or months before it is laying deeper. This set is amazing! I really love it so much! Lots of warm cuddles for you and your family. I hope your week is nice and calm.

I love these nails... I am a mere 5' 2" with baby hands and small narrow nails and they are just too much on my tiny frame, my 5' 9 sister with normal adult hands would dazzle in this set. The index and pinky would be my bling nails. You are teaching me LOTS, thank you sooo much for the professional advice and sharing your beautiful designs. Pretty and very elegant nails. I just bought some rose nailfoil. Am gonna try this. I tho stoped use nippers for my curticles. I use an russian nail curticle sissor instead. Less jobb to do and my nailcurticles looks flawlessly perfect.

I had that issue before too. I learned to cure the foil glue and instead of applying the foil right away, let it sit for a few minutes and then apply it. I don't know how or why, but I swear it actually makes the foil transfer so much easier and you'll get more coverage.

How do you get the correct thickness when putting hard over your real nails? By the time I add hard then perhaps a dip powder or gel polish, it just seems to be too thick on the ends.

Dorota What product do you use to glue the sheets? I've used gel base, base coat, and it doesn't adhere? and a specific product?

You need foil transfer glue. I recently started doing foils and it is a definite must. I also figured out a trick to help get full coverage. Apply your foil transfer glue, wherever you want the foil and cure it for 60 seconds. Once it's cured, don't take it out and apply the foil immediately. Give it a couple minutes to sit and the foil transfers so well. It is amazing because nail foils are tricky.
