Mam , I am a beginner in exercising and fitness and I have some doubts regarding it . If you have some time , can you please answer my doubts , I would really appreciate that. 1- Should I follow your 17 min warm-up video as a beginner 2-how can I protect my joints and prevent any injury so that they work fine till I live 3- Do I have to use any special kind of shoes for workout

as a beginner do warmup of 15-20 min warmup 15 min and stretching 15 min will help u reduce any injury . start slow and build stamina first . watch my beginner workout guidance .. you can find the video under playlist workout with me . no u dont need any special shoes and u can do barefoot also

yeh apnae aap thewk hoti hai . its natural apnae shayad es intensity mae kabhi kiya nah ho . pls drink water eat protein and stretch but dont take break in between apnae aap 1 week mae theek hoga . stretch more . very normal things
