First, we need to check the voltage on all the boards like main board and terminal board. In the main board session is having 24V DC and 5 V DC input port. Sometimes, this 5V may not come and so the display will not work. If so, we need to buy a seperate 5V dc power supply and connect on these terminals and check. And still if it is not working, remove the main board and display board and reconnect properly. Again if it is not working, need to replace the main board and check.
We can address the detectors using the hand held programmer. The model number is P9910B. Connect the leads of the programing tool on the pin number 1 & 3 on the detector and then press clear button on the programmer - enter the address number which we need to program on the programming tool and then press program. If it got programmed, the display will show as P.
First, we need to check whether these MCP's are detected or added in the panel by pressing browse button - press 1 for loop devices - select the rqd loop number and check these MCP's address are showing and it is assigned as MCP through the software. And also check these MCP's and SD are in the same zone. If so, it should alarm when we activate the MCP.

Need to check whether the problem is from panel side or loop side. For this, first we need to remove the loop cable from the panel and then connect only one MCP and one Sounder and then do the autolearn. Now we need to activate the MCP and check whether we can do the silence and reset from the panel keypad.
