It’s like Shiva himself brought me to your channel as I have started doing this sadhana but now I know that I’m not doing it the right way as shown on one of RU-vid video. Yours with explanation makes more sense, thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙏🏽 I don’t have a guru and during my meditation session have always asked Lord Shiva himself to guide me as my guru. Not sure if that is proper or not but I have not seek anyone so far putting all my trust and intuition to Lord Shiva 🔱
Difference between habitual thinking and intuition is important to understand. Habitual thinking also seems natural because it has been practiced by brain for a while (therefore a habit). If the mind is not having clarity, habitual thinking might be confused with intuition or inner guiding truth. The guru disciple system is made by Shiva so do not be quick to dismiss the need of guru in physical. There is a purpose.
I’m glad i found this video. I’ve been meditating lately not as consistently as i would like but i feel so much pressure near or on my third eye, i can’t even put into words the feeling but it feels as though information is being jammed into my head all at once and i can’t stop it or something else is trying to tap in. I really don’t know but I’m praying this methods will help shift things! Thanks
I am felt proud and happy and tears in my eyes this is direct from Maha Deva wish full fill ment getting to correct path to meet him through your guidance who ever on start journey with peo 💖 Mera Pranam Suvikar kije 🙏 Har Har Maha Deva 🔱🌿🌾Sivaya Siva Sankaraya OM Namah Sivaya 🌈🌈🌈🕊🦄😇
Finally! In this video he explains not just the physical posturing but also details the internal state pretty well. I kept finding videos that focused on posturing, and as to mental state they just said “quiet the mind” and you can “follow the breath to do that.” Well, we know that. But with a quiet mind, then what? He does a better job of helping with that here.
Pranaam Prabhuji, hat clear and lucid flowing explanation... felt like looking at Shiva when the Shambhavi and Unmani mudras were being taught....Shat Shat Naman!!!
I tryed it I feel that things are going out of my electromagnetic field, into earth. very nice with the 30 degree, I will try practice this in my meditation time to time :)
I can't wait to get to the swimming pool to do this.. To close off your ears and eyes and do katchaire mudra, and just listen and feel and look inside must be pure bliss. Do not worry folks I do things like this all the time😎
I was on Propranolol Hydrochloride to get my anxiety treated, but this works better than the medication. My sweaty hands go dry the moment I do the Shambhavi Mahamudra.
Very very nice and right guidance . Eska benfits ka bara mein bataya khaskar dimag ka liya kya es sa depression anxiety door hoti hai . Kya super entighlment hoti hai .
bhai, depression aur anxiety ke root cause ko samajhne ke liye ek awareness ka sthar toh ye banata hai. waise, internet se koi technique seek kar kya enlightenment hoga? yeh toh aapki personal sadhana ko improve karne ka tool hai.
Guru ji i am very eager to learn because i neee to evaluate events in my past which was very unstable and my future which has many questions due to events in my present kindly let ne know how can i enroll for a course for learning or can i visit you to seek your guidance
@@kkm5384 thank you bringing out a concern that perhaps is latent in many. I appreciate your bravery and openness. These are the times to uncover the truth in our collective journey. If you have a guru follow the guru. But, you say you learnt it from a certain center. How do you know if you learnt it right in the center ? Or even, How do you know if the center is teaching it right? In the end, you have to own up to your own responsibilities toward your self. I would say , begin by contemplating what it means to actually have a guru . And try to see in your own life if you have a guru or merely associated with certain center. Also, assuming some person as your guru is different from actually getting guru deeksha. I know in the present time, it is hard to find gurus. Most of the time many people end up traversing the labyrinth of various centers and ashrams. Now about the technique or the way of doing Shambhavi is concerned, I will put here with emphasis that, this way, as I have shown, is the correct way of doing it. This is the way that has been done since time immemorial in the lineage of siddhas of himalaya. If you find that certain center has conflicting method or information, then the responsibility lies with the center to explain why it differs from the tradition.
@@SiddhaTantraArts Thank you for you reply. The other centre has also mentioned same. What you told, but that is just one part of other sequences. May be that is how it is or they designed combining few pre-requisites. i dont have knowledge to explain nor i can debate or seek details from them or any. coming back to your procedure, can i just do what you shown in this video without formal guidance from you one-to-one? Dont you have any pre-requisites to start this mudra? is there a 'shambhavi mahamudra', and 'just 'shambhavi mudra'? or both same? do everyone should become yogi like you to get enlightenment? by the what is enlightenment? What is the ultimate purpose of 'life'?
This is the begining of Shambhavi mudra. Good exercise of mind and very powerful in itself. Calms the mind and brings out meditation states naturally. The deeper tantra practices that uses this mudra requires guidance of guru and should lead to empowerments/initiation if eligible.
I usually get tears while doing Shambhavi is it normal and if not what should I do, and sometime I feel that something is willing to come out from my forehead what should I do with those things
Namaskaram🙏 whenever I do sambhavi in front of the Sun most likely "Surya Tratak" a shining cystal like structure appears near the pineal gland...is this normal physics phenomenon or something else? please explain 🙏
Sure, beginners can do it. No tool that you learn online can take you to enlightenment. This is a tool to improve your personal sadhana practices. best wishes.
@@SiddhaTantraArts Thank you. Let me first do practice 5his sadhana for while and then back to you.( Tried for first attempt but my eyes and forehead pains lot)
@@kumaranramarajj2833 if your eyes and forehead pains a lot, as you say, then dont do it. First figure out if it is your eye muscles that are engaged causing pressure ache or not.
cross eyed is more subtle of inner gaze or intention or chitta focus of consciousness or awareness but having eyes pointing towards agya chakra also helps. You can do it after first head movement.
I did experience ... There is very intense energy flowing between my eyebrows . I have a question as to how long should I practice it ? And is it good to feel such intense energy . Please answer my questions
