Hey bro i can do frontside 9..i cant complete the backside 9 round kick in backside standing position but i can do it in a cheat hop...can u help me how to improve my backside 9 to do it more smoothly smoothly
Follow this steps. 1. Stand on the backside stance. 2. Twist only your upper body to its maximum and don't turn you legs or hip just yet. This is where you are now in a twisting position. 3. In order to lunch into the backside 900 you must twist first upper body and then jump off the ground and bring your arms in, you will naturally twist so just look over your shoulders and spot to kick.
