Hey coach my name is Anushka and u have explained the jump smash really well! But I have 2 douts that I have seen a lot of international female badminton player doing smashes but not so jump smash much and even when I am on court I fell like l can hit a smash but not so jump smash why so can u explain ? Another is that when I am hitting a smash it is more likely to go straight not much down so what should I do for it? Hope u will the comment of both of these questions Thanks!
Male players really jump much higher with the jump smash and i would attribute it to their speed and good body movement. However, women can practice it too, might take awhile but its workable. Take time to practice it. Timing for it and speed is important so work on that😁🏸
Hi coach Kennie, I'm a beginner at badminton and I really want to improve my stamina in order to create a good rally with my friends. Is there any exercise or training I should do in order to increase my stamina? It's really hard to breath after like 5-10 mins of playing. Thank you coach and god bless
Play more and it should improve. Do shadow plays on court (footworks as drill, can be done as warm up.) Don’t panic when u feel tired (bec its normal to) focus on deep breathing (slow inhales through the nose then slow exhales through the mouth😁🏸
