In this video I take you through my process in making UK Drill 808 Slides by using automation of the MIDI CNTRL in the Ableton Sampler.
This is my first tutorial and I know it's rough AF, but hopefully you get the information you need - in my opinion this is the best way to get the UK Drill 808 sound in Ableton.
I'll break down more simple ways to use the Glide and Portamento functions for more Trap style 808s in the future.
