The beautiful advantage of following your classes is you will teach the techniques in a very easy way. These techniques are really working for fat people like me. Next time can you please do a video on to increase lungs capacity, because I am almost out after doing just 5 Surya Namaskaras. Please help me in improving this one as well. I stay in Hyderabad. I am planning to attend your classes in person as well by taking at least 1 week leave.

Ma'am I have knee pain.. Nd it increased when I practiced this whole routine for about 10-15 mins.. What should I do?.. Should I not decrease the time or should I not do this particular asana at all.... Your previous video on Dhanurasan was quite helpful to me😊
