This is the most relaxed edition of this format I have seen. I really liked Zach's positive attitude and how nothing seemed to phase him at all. I love the doctored pizza and something we all do to store bought pizzas. Thanks for sharing this Charlie, now we can all drink beer and eat pizza at 10am......
It's a tough job, but someone's got to do it, Thanks John! Zach is a fellow resident and I see him almost every day. That may be why it seemed very relaxed, I never really thought about it, but that would make sense

Wow. I'm impressed by this 'almost' fresh pizza. Ha ha. I have been guilty of doing this before, too, with my frozen red barons. Zach seems like all around great guy. A homegrown Milwaukee native who is your neighbor.
We love many pizza places. I think the midwest combines both deep & thin crust, Plus so many varieties. Great job. Nice butcher block it was on. Have a great weekend ahead.

I thought my father invented the phrase "doctoring up". He used to get a cheeseburger from McDonalds and take it home and put a big slice of fresh onion on it. Love what you did with the Pizza and love this series. Keep it going!

Thanks for the compliment. I'm not sure, but it is probably a combo of factors. I do have a good presence in Milwaukee and I use social media to promote both the RU-vid channel and my Podcast, Cooking with Milwaukee Community Leaders. I know my videos appear on the suggested video list for many subscribers, but that is just the YT algorithm. I do use hash tags a lot, especially on our International collabs, which bring in a wider than normal audience. But I'm just guessing, I really have no idea. I just put out videos that I like and let the chips fall where they may. I hope you guys are doing well and not eating too many of your own cookies
