Here are some formula's that i have used -
Set(surl,First(Split(ThisItem.'Link to item',"DATA")).Value);
Download(surl&"_layouts/15/download.aspx?sourceurl="& surl&ThisItem.'Full Path')
Download(ThisItem.'Link to item')
ThisItem.'File name with extension'
