What kind of computer are you using? When I done loan mine doesn’t look like that

Do you need windows to do this or can do you do it on Mac .??

The directions are for Windows. Sorry-I am not a Mac user so I can't answer. If you download on an iPAD try to download an unzipped file so it can be sent directly to the machine.

I wish it was just this easy. On my pc it gives me option to open the file in explorer,note pad and a couple other that are useless. I have been dealing with this type of thing for weeks. And when I try to put the file on my thumb drive it won’t recognize it. I have a dragonfly I got from embroidery library and my brother Stellaire that I just bought a couple weeks ago will not read my thumb drive. I have some really nice embroidery on my machine, but I want to able to appliqué designs, make small zip bags etc and I can’t . I’ve heard that I don’t need embroidery software and my youngest daughter thinks I may need it. I downloaded free versions of embrillance and my sewnet so I could see how they work and they are totally worthless. I’m so frustrated I could scream. The dealer I got my machine from won’t even help me, they treat me like I should already know how do this stuff. I do know I can’t use my tablet for embroidery, wish I could. I’m just totally lost. All I want to do is make really nice things on my embroidery machine, and I feel I just cant .

I'm sorry to hear you are frustrated. Just download the file to a location on your PC. Make sure the design is in .pes format and unzipped. With the Brother Stellaire, you can send a design wirelessly from your computer with Design Database Transfer. support.brother.com/g/s/hf/pcapp_info/ddt/en/index.html?prod=WLAN&media=i_txt If you copy the file to a flash drive, insert it into one of the USB ports on the side of the machine, select the "pocket" on your machine, then select the USB option that you have inserted your flash drive. You can also use your tablet and transfer the design using Artspira. If you still need help, let me know.
