@@kimsanchez3195 It’s a no name brand. I think I got it off eBay. I have some PGM dress forms that are great if you are looking for a high quality one.
When you used the french curve you didn't explain how to get the correct measurement of the curve needed for someone's armhole. Can you please explain it cuz I'm a plus size woman and that tiny armhole wouldn't work for me or anyone size that's a plus size. Thanks.
Thank you so much for this video. I want to experiment with this because I'm full busted and small waisted and there are time when it really hard to fit my patterns. I wished I lived in the Chicago area, you are such a great teacher.
Hi Anastasia- thank you for this great video! I will watch again and try the steps out myself. Your videos and instructions are so informative and easy to follow. You are a natural teacher and help explain sewing instructions like no other person can. I am so glad that I found your channel and appreciative of you taking the time to share your knowledge with us in a positive and upbeat way!
I am getting frustrated! I can not find any videos that will help me shorten a long-tiered elastic waist skirt. I understand how to take it in but not how to shorten it. I need to take one tier out. My sister told me to take it off the top. I understand why but not the how. I am certain you have a that can help.
I don’t know the professional answer to this, but I sure would NOT take it off the top where the waist is. I would remove the bottom tier(s) and re-hem what’s left.
I’m a little confused. You want to hem it? Can’t you take it off the bottom? If you want to keep the tears even you will need to seam rip the tier apart & take some length off each one then regather the tiers.
