My dream , I love designing , and also I want to be a fashion designer 😇, I'm only 15 😅 but it's my dream so I start practicing in the quarantine . I hope one day I became a fashion designer 😇 .
When I was a kid I was really into fashion and between 3rd grade and 6th grade I had filled several notebooks with clothes I "designed", my family started mocking me for it so around middle school I turned my back on it. I'm 19 now and decided to revisit it after years of trying to find my "dream job" with no luck and I feel so at ease with this. I actually feel passionate about designing still and I really think I might start to pursue it
Go for it! If you really want to do it, do it. I started sewing about 2 years ago, and I started a RU-vid channel and an Etsy. Working on fashion just feels so rewarding. And I'm excited to see where this goes. But yeah. I encourage you to pursue it, because its super fun and nobody else will do it for you
@@elogsews6940 honestly I am! Right now, between being a pregnant mother and working full time I don't really have the time or money to practice my sewing but as I work on fixing that problem I'm educating myself more on sewing techniques and fashion terminology, along with how to design cohesively for different body types and color seasons. I'm so happy to finally be taking steps down this path!
My story is similar and I am 34. All I know is if I am picking this talent up again at my age, then you defintely have a chance pursuing your dreams in fashion. I'm telling time is on your side. Learn as much as you can while you are young and by time you're my age you should be a pro.
You're a natural born teacher!!! The absolute best example of the croquis with the easiest of explanations. Congratulations to you Nick, you are brilliant. Newly subscribed. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
@@fashionhouse5954 Not sure how people feel about this but you have to use someone else youtube to get click on yours is pretty desperate. I usually go to it and click thumb down on it any way. What is the term for this??? hi-jacking someone youtube?
Love the flare and the ease you have to make people understand. I’m a fashion designer and I’ve learned under professional tailors but never went to fashion school. Always a natural drawer. But I wanted to sharpen my skills & watching this really help. Thank you sir. I’m showcasing at LAFW in April. Stop by to watch the show. I appreciate this
I like this guy so much. I suppose to bake my daughter a mango cake today, but after watching him, I think I'm just going to hide in my sewing room all day. Lol!

I dunno why you make me smile while watching your video, from start until the end..now croquis sketch seems easy to do it..actually I just know how to pronounce Croquis from your video..omg..😁
I like drawing dresses and I would like to be a fashion designer. I was asking myself why do we need a croquis but by your teaching I understand it now. But I believe I have a natural talent to draw dresses with the right proportions. I am learning. Thank you Nick for sharing. I already have some beautiful drawings. 😍 GOD bless you. 🙏
You are soo cool. Have me smiling through the entire video 😁 My croquis came out like she's on stilts, but I'll keep rewatching the video and trying. Thanks alot!
Why do you use 9 heads when the average person is 7.5 heads? It makes sense of why drawings of dresses and othe clothes are impossibly elongated. Why not draw in proper proportion? Having asked that you have given a good tutorial but I would use 7.5 or, at a stretch (forgive the unintended pun!) 8 heads.
@Nick Verreos where did you get your ruler from and or what is it called? I'm having trouble finding one myself. @World if you can help me buy one I'd be grateful :D
So _thats_ how it’s pronounced. Good video, though i was looking for the Croquis figure drawing stuff, but i feel like i stumbled onto some connection I couldnt make otherwise
Thank you. Your tutorial is fantastic. I was looking for Drawing human figure in proportion and tumbled on to you you tube. Honestly, it is an enlightenment. It confused me a bit with the 9 heads you have in fashion and in human figure is 8 heads. Thank you again for sharing. Keep up the great work.
U r awesome I love your teaching and can u plz give me guide on how to start or where to start learning fashion designing plz plz plz anyone can rpl me I'm looking forward for your rpl🤞🤞🤞🤞
😂😂😂indirectly you telling us to cheat the client 😀😀😀 yu so cute and charming designer who works with fun 🥰.. You explained so so so well 🥰🥳👌💜💯👏👏👏 I'm the person who doesn't understand things easily if the teacher is not good enough to explain theory 😓 but you explained quickly and just in once I transferred all in to my Brian 😀 Truly watching 9mins of this vedio was worth ... Great thing abt this vedio was: vedio was also for 9min_ point you made in croquis was also 9 and my favorite number also is 9 🥰..... I wish I could learn from you in reall 😓. Sorry for a huge comment. 🙏
