What is the difference between a 6 point spiral and a 2 point spiral or a 3 point spiral? I am not referring to how they are constructed. If a 6 point spiral were laid atop a 3 point spiral, would the spirals be different? Why would someone chooses a 6 point spiral over a 3 point spiral?
I think it has to do with the degree of accuracy to the theoretical model. The one that is described by the math is not possible to construct irl. These real life models can be way off or really close depending on how short the arcs are.
