Hi , Thank you so much for all your videos. This question is not relevant to this video but posting here hoping you would see this.. I saw mark rober's video about gello pool, where he kindof converted water in liquid state to semi-solid state. I got a crazy question on those lines- 1)When there is a flood , is there a chemical that can convert flood waters to solid or semi-solid form..so that people don't drown and are not swept away..2) is it possible to convert flood waters to ice quickly. 3) or to vapor (not necessarily by heating the water and burning people who are in it..but by pressure changes thereby decreasing its boiling point and generating cool vapors.. and thereby stopping the flood..? could you please reply.
