Great video guys , love all your stuff . Just a quick note to your comment that most of us viewers won't have a pressure mat at home to work with , I have found that standing on a gym mat , yoga mat or similar while swinging a club really helped to emphasise the feel of the pressure / pressure shift . Works for me anyway , thanks for all your work I am sure it helps a lot of us amateurs understand what the better players are doing .
I like the concept of neutral balance giving you your proper spine angle. Makes sense because the less imbalances you have to face the better and more efficiently balanced you should swing. A more in-depth video on how different body types would ideally set up and swing with gear model demonstration would be interesting.
Some teach the idea that there should be a bias in pressure towards the ball of the feet as there would be in a normal athletic “ready” position...what do you guys think of that? Or still prefer 50/50 toe/heel distribution?
So I noticed you didn't highlight the pelvic center in relation to the ankle that has been mentioned in other videos of yours. Is that a checkpoint in the setup?
