Absolutely adore you brother David, 100% true man of God. However, I firmly believe you missed it with this one, and I think deep down your spirit knows it, as the entire message was delivered with a strong sense of defensiveness... which I'm sure you would say is a subconscious response to all the objections you have gotten on it over the years - but I would venture to say you've been fought on alot of things over the years. I promise you I do not have a 'religious spirit' I am more wide open to God than I have ever been in my entire life, and I have no issue (anymore) with speaking in heavenly tongues... But I firmly believe there are several points in which you have clearly misapplied the scripture here. I know you don't see it, and I know you mean well. Never the less, I adore you always and that's unchangeable - you have blessed me over the years more than I could even explain. Speaking in tongues is absolutely okay, just not in all the applications (w everybody) in which you explained. To imply that everybody has every gift is kinda crazy to me - This is just one issue with the message. Anyways, keep doing your thing, for anybody who is reading this is just my honest & sincere opinion - Obviously I don't on't know everything. I love you brother!

I have finally prayed in tongues, i just started sounding vowels then all of a sudden words like full on sentences started coming with full force, i couldn't stop praying, my eyes started tearing up, my hands extended into the sky, swaying my hands in a form of worship, i started saying yesu (Jesus) in my birth language, then languages with a mixture of Kiswahili i'm Ugandan, then some Arabic Jana (reap or harvest) other words i can't even fathom. But the crying, swaying of hands and calling the name Yesu in worship, I know i was one with him. As you taught, i was reading the prayer Jesus prayed for believers to the Father in John 17: 20 - 26 and i believed I am on with him. I kept praying when you were saying to people to continue start sharing testimonies. Now i want to travail for hours with this gift. My desire has been to speak to my Father for hours through this gift. Satan better pack up, I'm coming for him. Thank you David and most importantly, my MVP, theHoly Spirit, he definetely showed up and showed out! All glory to God, You can't imagine my happinness level right now, he is answering my prayer request, one at time this year!

I was witnessing someone trying to jump outside a window and the Holy Spirit prompted me to freeze there and just prayed in tongues and then he suddenly jumped back in and said he would never do it again He revealed later on he saw the denon telling in his face to jump! ThankYou Jesus !!!

I messaged earlier about issues in my family about speaking in tongues. I asked the Lord years ago about the gift but it wasn't til a friend told me that it's all in faith. I stared to speak in tongues a couple of years ago but recently stared to doubt through others and their unbelief. Tonight I finally got it and the gift is back in my control. No longer am I listening to others concerning anything spiritual that God hi.self has individually given to me. What was I thinking. I repented Tonight and now the chains have been broken. Before I had a personal relationship with God I used to think that speaking in tounges was demonic. I have been saved for 2 years now and about a week after getting saved the Holy Spirit allowed me to speak in tounges and sometimes it comes out when I am not expecting it. Which I like because it shuts my mouth and flesh from saying something I may regret. We must pray and talk to GOD in Holy tounge. Thank you David. I believe I have a spirit of healing and have been asking how do I use my gift. It's a little imtimating but exciting

Thank you Pastor David for breaking it down for us, I had an experience not real long ago on the altar and was so worked up on wanting to surrender no matter what it looked like , I ended up speaking in a language I didn't know what I was saying but noticed I wasn't able to do it again since and tonight after listening to your message and believing and surrendering to the Holy Spirit I started talking in tongues and once it started wasn't able to stop for a while, it's like it was all bottled up and needed to come out, the Holy Spirit had alot He wanted to say through me, thank you Jesus for all you've done for me and how you're working through me changing me from the inside out, from my heart to renewing my mind, may people in my life see more of you than me. Praise your Holy name!

I am physically speaking and pronounce speeches properly . People laugh at me. Usually feel embarrassed. But I pray and sing in tongue s which I feel comes from Holy Spirit. This was such a good teaching. So much confusion I've had over the years with no good teaching on receiving the Holy Spirit with evidence of speaking in tongues. I was delivered in 1995 from new age thinking. Delivered from a party lifestyle. Saved. Then 4 months later filled with the Holy Ghost when the invitation from an evangelist on a Wednesday night service. I have left churches and held on to Jesus and my tongues to guide me through. I can remember praying, God if it's of you I want it. He gave freely. Blessings to you!

I was able to speak in tongues after my deliverance. The Lord our God is amazing. I was opressed and I was delivered. After my deliverance my body was so tired. And then all of I sudden I saw something so bright, that I have to close my eyes and that even though my eyes were closed I can still see it. A really bright ray of sun that is on my face touching my head then all of a sudden my hands came together. As in they really came together, I did not move them they just suddenly came together forming a hand similar to that of when we are praying then that tip of it touched my chin that made me lift up my head to the heaven then all of a sudden my mouth opened and then the heavenly language came out. And I felt something on my abdomen then after being able to speak in tongues, I then prayed in our language Filipino. I was praying and crying with my eyes just close and my words of prayer are coming spontaneously. Like I do not even have to think of what to pray for! That experience is so amazing. I am in awe that a God good will show and give that kind of mercy and grace. I am but a sinner yet He blessed me with baptism of the Holy Spirit. Our God truly loves us because He is good. Jesus, thank You! Thank you that You are always faithful.

I prayed in tongues. Once I surrendered and started trying to speak in tongues I felt the Holy Spirit take control and it was amazing. The more I surrendered the more the Holy Spirit took over. Thank you Lord.

I received it after watching this video! Hallelujah! I've had so many doubts and was afraid because people in my christian background told me it's not biblical and/or demonic. I thought it was always just gibberish that people invented. But man was I wrong...THIS IS REAL!! When God is speaking through us, it really flows out of our mouth. My mother was a Christian so this burdened me for my whole life being serounded by unbelief, cursing and witchcraft. My dad was atheist. I am a born again Christian with no church and doing this walk with Christ alone as i live in wilderness. I have tried to speak in tongues many years n prayed but my husband keeps blocking my freedom to speak tongues freely. Iam trusting in the Lord for this manifestation today while i watch this progress alone.

I've always been able to pray in tongues. Although I always doubted as my speaking in tongues. Monday I prayed in tongues and the Holy Spirit took over. Putting My God first!!! 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸Thankyou Jesus🌸🌸🌸🌸

This was what became of me after I got saved last Yr. Blasphemous thoughts hit me hard, terrible dreams and all. My first victory was when I learnt that those thoughts were not mine so I started ignoring them but even after that those thoughts persisted. 2. I came to learn of a warfare prayer. I could wage it while fasting. I could feel rounds of victory. 3. Confess your sins and repent.Close the doors the enemy uses- most likely internet, movies or some magazines or books you read. learn to wake up in midnight to pray, take authority and power over your mind by the name of Jesus Christ. 3. CAST OUT AND REBUKE those demons. 4. Command every thought, every assumption to be obedient to Christ. Luke 10:19 - I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. Start exercising this power, you have it within you if you are a born again Christian. You have that power but somehow you dont know. There is no Church or Pastor that will deliver you from this. This is one temptation that you have to believe in power of Christ and to exercise it. Be fearless, pray, pray and pray.

I’ve been a disciple for over 34 years (Jan 11th 1990). Today, the Holy Spirit of God activated tongues for the first time in me. Not for a long time. Maybe 2-3 mins. But I felt so calm and peaceful and relaxed. I dreamed l could speak in tongues recently. The Lord is so gracious. 🌸 David, this is the second time you have spoken about something and the Lord has released me from it. The first time was April 2023, when the Lord was able to release me from self-condemnation whilst listening to your RU-vid message.
