In this video, I beat Electro Regisvine without taking damage.
The Electro Regisvine was released with Genshin Impact's 3.0 update and was released alongside the Sumeru update. It is also the same update that introduced Genshin Impact's newest element: Dendro
You may locate this boss by going though a tunnel in Mawtiyima Forest.
This boss is incredibly simple. The only thing you need to do is break its core and it will become vulnerable. The core will shift between its corolla (head) and the base. It will also spawn flowers every time it shifts that will merge together and explode. This is also how you get the achievement. Use the vulnerablility time to do damage and simply dodge to the left or the right for every single one of its moves.
In order to get the achievement When Autumn and Dew Meet, you must allow the Electro Regisvine to merge the two flowers and explode.

Electro units. It's not immune, its just VERY resistant to Electro damage.
