👍 I know some people dislike the taste of water and others just simply forget to drink it! But I'd say it's definitely one of the most important things we can all do : )
I drink flavored water. It's really yummy so it tricks your body into drinking more water. I went from drinking less than one glass of water a day to five! Woop!

I’m allergic to milk and milk products so I try to avoid them. So today April 7th 2018 I ate butter and eggs for the first time since thanksgiving and it feels better than sugary stuff like pop tarts. Yeah I still feel hungry but that’s because I use to eat till my hearts contain but now I think I will eliminate a bunch of junk food I don’t need like chips I don’t need to eat them everyday every once in a awhile
Almond milk is highly processed so I find it contradictory that you would talk negatively about processed foods and then replace milk, which is minimally processed, to almond milk, which is highly processed lmfao
