Thomas... This is incredible. I have been looking to do this for our company, and the resources out there/other RU-vidrs have complex dashboards with minimal explanation. You took exactly the basics, explained them, and provided how to use/build upon that. This is gold, and thank you for putting this into the world.

I keep going back and forth on whether to separate when something is scheduled from hard deadlines. I like the idea of using a schedule and timeline view to judge capacity and when things will realistically get done, but it definitely complicates things.

This is amazing! Wish there were more content creators doing this. THANK YOU! This is exactly what I need for my team right now - trying to leverage more collaborative tools like Notion. Thomas - as a buyer of Ultimate Brain, i was hoping to have some of these templates ready for us to deploy for team, similar to the content companion. Do you have plans to release/maintain a team workspace companion? Aare we not supposed to use ultimate brain with teams? @24:51

Within the Tasks view at 28:41 , once the project is complete, can you move the same project over to another teammember and then their project journey starts on the same project ? For exampel , once the photographer is done and have send the images for retouch, his part of the project is done and he's not in need to see the other departments progress,. The retoucher takes over and finally it ends up at the marketing department before hitting the client.

I could have completely missed it, but how do you add the Inline tasks database to your meeting notes template? I imagine it is a relation but don't want to assume.

Having said that, you can just build a relation between meeting notes and tasks, the same way Tom built them for projects and tasks

Definitely will be. Right now I'm experiementing with longer streams, which I can then use as testing grounds for developing tighter video content. The 3-hour note-taking dashboard stream from two weeks ago is already turned into a 1-hour video that will be going live probably tomorrow!
