Excellent Evita. I just completed the Cornell WFPB nutrition certification course and T. Colin Campbell would be proud of everything you said. The bottled juice has 32 gms of sugar per serving! Eat the whole food! Thank you! Richard Norris,MD

You're right. I'm one of those people who was discouraged from pomegranates after watching others make it look so difficult to peel and eat them. Your video addressed every one of my questions, and I've already benefited from it and enjoyed my first pomegranate! THANK YOU! BTW, your video was the best on the subject: succinct, but still comprehensive, and very professional, but also a joy to watch.

When I was a child my Dad used to bring me a pomegranate ( not sure where it got it because in those days tropical fruits were extremely rare ) I used to pick every seed out with a pin and eat them.

You have shown a simple easy method of opening the fruit and I love that with salads and cocktails and the seeds are soft so no need to worry about I would call it as a wonder fruit

This is the best video I have ever seen on pomegranates. It's really informative and full of beneficial information. Thank you very much. A small tip: do not throw away the thin soft whitish membrane around the red arils as this is very nutritious(the soft skin, not the thick harder part). Thank you again,Evita, for this incredibly informative and thorough video.

This video is relevant 8 years later, it was a great presentation. I wouldn't think pomegranates are grown in your native Canada. I love to plant some where I live, they're probably my favorite fruit. Thx for sharing your knowledge.
