I really loved the point where she says that it should not need any relative explanation and I think that needs to applies to so many things in Korea, especially food and food habits.

In the southern AA communities in the US, we have a dish called chitlins, that's made from animal intestines, it's not stuffed though. Ppl usually eat them over rice....I don't care for it but alot of ppl do. I'm looking forward to trying sundae at least once.
Ik kan een Nederlands winkel aanraden. Mijn vrouw komt uit Korea en wij gaan altijd naar “amazing oriental “ daar kan je heel veel koreaans eten kopen.😊👍 er is ook eentje vlak over de grens met België. Wij bestellen altijd via hun webshop, die levert in heel Europa. I can’t wait to visit Korea again, I ate this it was so good. Though nothing beats bulgogi for me !

In Germany it is called just 'BloodSausage (BLutwurst) really common. we eat it cold, or put it cooked in several dishes. Most know is the dish "Schlachtplatte" it is served with cooked bloodsausage, cooked liver sausage, cooked pork , sauerkraut and mashed potatoes :) I rly like stir fried blood sausage to fried eggs
