after the nerf where the posture transfer scales with mantra level, ES is in a pretty okay spot right now, it's not top tier, but a good mantra choice, still, compared to the top tiers he mentioned, it's not a must have. Play what you want on ur build tho, it's about having fun!
For heavy attunementless i would recommend going with alloyed inheritor perhaps, that thing has really good attack speed so u wont fall too short from medium weapons mostly and crit can help with catching at times, air kick m1's also good too Use pressure blast and onslaught, add punishment if you're somehow good with landing counters For Oath i say that jestriker compliments well since difference between attacks speed can threw some people off guard, or new chainwarden if you want to play more aggressive
I feel like you're sleeping on twister kicks for gale, it's probably gale's highest damage mantra, a decent gap closer, a great roll catcher, and has a pretty good feint. Also it's I wonder whether you're running wind gun because I recommended it or not.
You should make the same type of videos, but go through Oaths instead of going through attunements. Many people who don't know how to use oath mantras would learn much from that.

Spider we need a rework on my warden sword I hate that when am standing I go flying with my crit they should make it to that if u standing it does the old crit or a new crit and if u are running it uses the dashing crit
mr spider sir what's a good attunement for 1h gun in your opinion? id personally say attunementless, but it's sorta bias as hecc since i barely use other attunements, but hearing whatever your think will help me in my future builds regardless.
are there any good flame mantra combos? like an example is thunder kick into rising thunder, just asking if theres something similar like that but instead its flame
Ice spikes got nerfed and ice lance ice daggers are alot more better than it Ice cubes has weird tracking Frostdraw does no posture damage but so good for spamming
