That's a great question. I've never used Salesforce in my WordPress blogs, but it looks like you can. This is what I found online about it. Seems you would just grab the embed link Salesforce and then add it to WordPress. help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.dato_visualize_share_embed.htm&type=5 Hope that helps and feel free to reach out with any other questions.

Hi! Thanks for watching! Basically, when you upload a video to WordPress, you're uploading the video on your hosting account. This takes up space and bandwidth. However, when you embed a video, you are hosting the video at another location and simply linking to it. It is typically faster than uploading the file to your blog. I hope that helps! Sometimes, depending on the width of the area that you are embedding the video, it will stretch the length of the screen. However, both options works, I just prefer the Embed Responsively option. Hi! Thanks so much! I would try using the custom HTML block within WordPress. First, grab the embed code from your Instagram reel, then head over to WordPress and paste that code within the custom HTML block. :)

Hey! You can always create an ifram using Embedresponsively.com. embedresponsively.com/ If you can't use plugins, then I assume you're using wordpress.com instead of wordpress.org. All of my video tutorials use wordpress.org just fyi. :)
