The assembly lacks a solid usb powered cooler between camera and battery. it's a pity that no one actually makes coolers that can be mounted on the rail.

I dont like to power the camera with USB, i prefer to use a dummy battery. About the coller, thats true, but the new ulanzy its better, doesnt have the suction cups, it has spring system on the side.

The tilta system is the best so far. You’ll just have to use the tilta cage made for the fan.

@@two_seven_media nah. Tilta cooler system is not good. Beacuse for good heat dissipation the radiator must be in tight contact with the surface possibly with thermal paste. this is why I am looking to place on the rail - a large silent usb powered fan. So it could blow on the whole camera.

@@stas.sultanov it is in direct contact with a large heated area it also has an almost thermal paste type pad on the back. Your criticisms are also working completely against your fix. You’re putting a fan that will just blow hot air around the camera? No heat sync contact points? Completely useless idea.

You didn’t show HDMI connection? Is that cable going to be 90 degree?, if there is cable why not just also have monitor power cable underneath as well instead of dummy battery ?

Thats true, my bad. The HDMI as a Smallrig HDMI to MicroHDMI adapter. I use the dummy battery because for me its better, because I rotate the screen a lot, and if i brake the connector its easy to replace the dummy bat.

@@paulo.mesquita ok,, cool I made a very similar rig for my ZV, I used the tilta cage which has the fan built in to cage, and I have the small rig v mount plate with soft chest support, small rig v mount battery and all connections,, I had to buy the hdmi clamp separately
