How to: Evap Purge Valve Replace 2002 Volkswagen Passat 1.8T (P0455 , P0441 Codes) 

Disclaimer: There are many other factors that can cause the check engine codes P0455 and P0441.
But the Evap Purge Valve is the most common issue when it has failed.
Please make sure you properly diagnose your issue. As it may be as simple as a loose vacuum hose or a cracked hose.
Our video is just one of many solutions out there. And we are sharing it with everyone to help others in case you still have a similar issue as this vehicle does.
Even with a sprained hand (seen on the video), Jeffrey still completed replacing the Purge valve. The show must go on. Lol
