it didn't work I got a new iPad and I want to bypass the setup it said a error Exiting the Setup Assistant is unfortunately not possible anymore on iOS 14 and above.
Yes, that's pity but unfortunately and as we mention it at the top of the video description, exiting the setup assistant in the way shown in the video here only works up to iOS 13.7.
@@DigiDNANetOfficial My iPhone IS stuck in setup assistant, but the option is not available in iMazing. I suspect this is the same for @snokful. I have restarted my phone, and run through the setup assistant multiple times, and the option is still not there. iPhone 7, iOS 12.1.1
@@fixer1972 Just to make sure, have you tried restarting iMazing and is your iPhone connected via USB to your computer? Exiting setup assistant is not possible via Wi-Fi? Can you please let us know about that and we'll investigate the issue from there. Thanks!
@@fixer1972 Can you please describe what you see on your iPhone screen? Sometimes when what you're describing happens is because the device is not actually in Setup Assistant. If you give us your e-mail address, our support team can create a ticket for you and investigate the problem further as well.
My iPhone 7 Plus stucked at Hello Page during iOS14 update. Its says restore completed but keep rolling at Data&Privacy Screen. (Could not exit Setup Assistant), Would I be able to to repair / backup / transfer data to new iphone? I can hear emails/whatsapp coming in the background fr the Data & Privacy page which I couldn’t exit. Plugged into PC can access photos. But how do I get back my WhatsApp history & Notes? iTunes failed to do so, it says unable to backup because the phone has not done setup yet. Pls help.
Exiting the setup assistant in the way shown in the video here only works up to iOS 13.7. So iMazing won't be able to help you with that if you're running iOS 14. 😓 Otherwise, we can help with all the rest. You can have a read here: imazing.com/guides/getting-started-with-imazing Essentially you need to backup up your device (if you don't have a backup already) and then you can restore the data sets which you'd like (all of them too if you want):imazing.com/guides/how-to-transfer-data-from-an-iphone-ipad-or-ipod-touch-to-another-device
I got my iPhone from someone else and it says i need their icloud to use it. It's stuck in setup assistant. I took WiFi off and everything and am trying to exit setup assistant so I don't have to use their icloud how can I skip it because I don't have their credentials
The only way for your to be able to bypass an Apple ID device lock would be to reach out to the device’s previous owner and either have them supply you with the correct credentials or remove the device from their Find My iPhone page in icloud.com . If they can’t remember the password they can contact Apple Support to have the feature deactivated.
I had the same issue, stuck in setup loop, found the solution on reddit, hope this helps www.reddit.com/r/jailbreak/comments/bnfllr/tutorial_mini_guide_how_i_fixed_my_setup_screen/
Mmmmh sorry about that but iOS 6 has returned to uncharted territory, a lot of things have changed - and possibly broke since these iOs generations stopped being supported, very unfortunately.
Hello, I am trying to use Imazing to bypass the setup assistant in IOS 14 because my phone is stuck on it. Everytime I click "Exit setup assistant" on iMazing, it says "imazing will try to bypass the setup assistant" and i click "OK', and nothing happens to my phone. It doesnt restart or anything. I don't know what to do. I am on a windows PC.
Hi Logan! We are aware of this issue and we're trying to make it work. We can't make any promises as we don't know if it's something that will be possible to do on iOS 14.
@@DigiDNANetOfficial I updated my phone to ios 14.01 and the same exact thing happened in my comment from earlier. I updated iMazing and it now says exiting setup assistant isn't possible anymore on ios14. is there any other fix you know of to get out of the freezing setup assistant issue? I do not want to have to reset my phone and your app is the only option I know of to bypass this issue.
@@logan6657 It has to do with iOS 14 in general and it's most likely not something that could be resolved with the minor updates within iOS 14. We haven't been able to find a solution to this issue yet and unfortunately don't have a workaround that we can suggest to you.
Hi Timothy: Exiting the setup assistant in the way shown in the video here only works up to iOS 13.7. If you're running an iOS higher than this, you won't see the option..
