Okay, I tried this and my hands my feet and even my teeth were vibrating while I did it and after ending the session, my hands and feet still feel strong vibrations, it feels so calming and good

I respect this meditation. I practiced only about a month or so... I walked in the bank... some rich looking dude whispered, "Who are you? I am not asking your name but what do you do for a living; for some reason you look very big" I was shocked to the point of not knowing how to respond. WORKS LIKE A CHARM Eric! Thank you soooooooo much!!! I had 75% excess energy and by doing 5 mins of your breath work (which is the same as the Kundalini breathing but I didn't know it increased your aura too!), my excess energy went down by 5% so it's now sitting at 70%. :D Fabulous!!! Thank YOU!

I found this interesting while practicing this. Around the 90ish breath I started noticing that there was a heavy tingling in my hands that I know was my spiritual aura going nuts. Why? Because when one of my hands quit I put it next to the other and then that hand started doing it again. I saw a bluish white light and after praying to God about it I feel like a frickin million bucks lol.
