Have you ever wondered how we extract CBD from our hemp? Here at Endoca, we use a CO2-based process that guarantees the highest quality extract, every time. Want to learn more?
Our production process begins with the introduction of hemp in metal tubes, where we then add in pressurised C02 from the air we breath to begin the extraction process.
The process lasts for a few hours, in which the concentrated hemp CBD extract is gradually separated from the hemp plant material. We use C02 extraction because, in this way, we can extract the vital plant molecules from the hemp without the use of harsh solvents like other companies.
The result is a CBD extract of the highest quality, which is what we use as the base in all our CBD products.

It is legal in the UK. I buy it all the time. I think your mistaken cbd for THC. Now thats a shame, get a medical certificate for uk thc✓

A little misleading. You use both a solvent and a chemical when you extract with co2. The benefit is once you are done to remove the solvent you only need to open the vessel and the co2 will evaporates without adding anymore energy.

Why isn't the THC also extracted in the process? How is the hemp purified if you consider that other compounds are also extracted in the process? Is it presure, or another parameters?

Our hemp plants contain less than 0.2% of THC meaning that our extracts remain within the legal limit for THC.

hello there. i hope you take the time to answer my question. im sure you know the steam extraction of thc. i am sure you are familiar with the water to steam extraction method. well can water be replaced with isopropol alcohol heated to vapour to extract the thc, then thru the condenser for seperation.

We do not use this method ourselves, and do not extract THC, so unfortunately we are not able to answer your question

steam distillation works only with water, hence steam in the name and not vapor. To use some kind of distillation with isopropyl alcohol you would need to do it under pressure once the boiling point of isopropanol is very low. I dont think it would work and if it did I'm confident it would produce extremely low yields.

Uhm.. I thought you're showing us how to separate CBD from the hemp oil..that's just hemp oil not CBD. How much CBD does that contains? No one knows...

Well, actually CBD is extracted from hemp itself, not hemp oil. Hemp oil is made from pressed hemp seeds and rarely contains a lot of CBD on its own. :)
