I wish that RU-vid had actual usable information. None of this applies to a Harmony One. And other videos that claim they're for a harm anyone have either no information or they're not really for a Harmony One there for a different model.

Thank you for this video I own a Logitech Pro-2400 Remote control sometimes my power will go out and I will have unplug my harmony hub and and and once I do that it will go back to normal

Suggestion, get down to the important part quicker and include other troubleshooting options besides just a factory reset.
