How to Fill RTO Forms 29 and 30 

How to fill RTO forms 29 & 30: RTO forms 29 and 30 are required to transfer your ownership to the new person. For both online and offline vehicle ownership transfer, you need to submit or upload form 29 and 30.
Along with RTO forms 29 & 30, you need to submit the following forms also:
RTO form 29,
RTO form 30,
Vehicle registration certificate,
Vehicle Insurance policy,
Pollution certificate,
PAN Card of buyer & seller,
Aadhar cards of buyer & seller,
Passport size photograph of the buyer,
Chassis number impression with pencil,
Tax clearance certificate (for commercial vehicles),
NOC (If you are selling vehicles outside of your state).
