How to fillet a trout 

Trout can be very tasty but, alas they can also be no fun to eat due to their tiny bones. In this video Trace Tomky of Tomky Fish Farms shows us how to skillfully fillet a trout so that you end up with perfect, skin-on boneless fillets. He uses the new ReelFlex fillet knife from Outdoor Edge Knives to make quick work of filleting one of his trout.
