This is an example of how to find a leak on a flat roof. Since a flat roof can be very difficult to find a leak, I wanted to make a video that demonstrated what's going on inside of a roof when there is a leak and how to figure out where the leak is coming from

Dang I wasn't expecting to find such a quality video on flat roof leaks. Props to whoever shot this. Clean audio, no annoying music, excellent communication. 10/10 roof content

What do you do with ice build up in rain gutters??

There is a really good product that we've installed before call a heat trace and it is attached to your roof right at the gutter and it helps keep the ice from building up. Here is a link to Home Depot of the product. www.homedepot.com/p/Frost-King-200-ft-Roof-Cable-Kit-RC200/202262345

Have you ever tried using thermal imaging?

Yes, but we haven't found it to be too efficient because there are so many variables that could affect the accuracy of the reading.

I am trying to repair my flat roof. I have applied the adhesive to the roof. When I lay felt onto the adhesive do I have to peel off the thin plastic sheet from the felt first? Absolute beginner here😮😮.

It all depends, what type of product are you using? What's the exact product name? If you search the manufactures youtube, they typically have instructions on each product.
