But there is a way to provide good career development at scale, without breaking the bank. In this webinar, Westerman will discuss findings from their survey of over 1,000 workers and interviews with 25 large organizations to reveal the best practices to implement and pitfalls to avoid.

Great dialogue to discover/ explain/ analyze how the workforce is functioning due to the Pandemic disruption initially, and the effects which also takes into account other aspects, even independent of the pandemic in the workplace. @MIT Sloan school of management, Is my take away correct?
