I just don't understand one thing: you keep saying that you need to open the company in the country of the company you want to work. Why? For example, if the company in Netherlands wants to hire someone who has a company registered in France, it shouldn't make any difference when paying B2B, right? I know some programmers here in Croatia who work remotely for foreign companies on B2B contracts, and they just issue the invoice from the Croatian company to any other country and everything works well. Maybe I am missing something?

Hey there, usually the companies involved in those contracts can only hire local companies because of tax reasons. This happens because the governments of those countries prefer the money staying inside of the country circulating in the local economy. There are indeed these kinds of contracts where a company hires another company in another country, but I have not yet experienced in my past 3 years of contracting.
