Hi all, this video is not about medical school and has nothing to do with medicine in general, however, it covers quite an important issue for anyone planning on coming to Dublin, Ireland, to pursue a degree. Unfortunately, Dublin is a very competitive market with a lot more demand than offer leading to scarcity and high rent prices. In this informational video I tell you about the current situation and what I wish I knew before moving to Ireland for my degree. Quick disclaimer, everything in this video was based on my experience and what I’ve heard from friends and might not represent the experience you will be faced with. Also, I have heard a lot of good stories and happy outcomes. I’m really not the most knowledgeable either about the housing market so do make your own research on the topic. This video is not meant to discourage you but, like I said, I wish I knew this before coming here so I hope this video will help. Enjoy!
