Hi Katie! Great video! Do you find Google maps listing useful for online lessons? Isn't that more for in-person businesses? Also, what sorts of referral programs do you do? My families really like me and kids love their lessons, however I have never once gotten a referral even from those families I have worked with for several years. What do you do to encourage referrals? 🙏🏻☺
While I do think Google Maps is mostly for in person business, I still do it because it gets more eyes on my business -- I just make sure to make it clear that I offer only online lessons. But sometimes families have never even thought of going the online route so it can still lead to new leads! And for referrals you could do some sort of pay incentive where they get a discount on some lessons for bringing in a new student or you could do referral events where they can bring a friend to lessons for a day or to a recital.
