I am so glad I watched this, because my facial measurements are almost exactly the same as this guy and I didn’t quite fit into any category. Turns out I’m triangular below and oblong above.
Great, thanks a lot ! From all the tests I've done, I apparently have a triangular face shape which I didn't know. My face is small, quite narrow, with a stronger jaw and medium facelength. Here are my measurements : -Forehead 5,5 in -Cheekbones 6,5 in -Jaw 8,3 to 8,5 in (hard to take) -Face 7,9 in It feels good to know my shape so I can style accordingly. Thank you very much !
I've watched several videos trying to find my face shape, but I couldn't. Only this video mentioned that you can be of two face shapes, also I was lucky that I have the same proportions as the guy in this video, so I finally found my face shape. Really helpful video

I think we shouldn't multiply the jawline length by 2. Multiplying by two will make vast majority of people's face shape to be triangular. Nobody in the comments section has a smaller jawline comparing to other facial aspects
Thanks for making the super clear video. I didn’t have a flexible measuring tape because all stores are closed, so I used a piece of paper and cut it out and marked it with the dimensions. I didn’t find think I fit into any shape until you spoke about Dorian’s face shape. Found out that I have super similar measurements to Dorian’s face. Thanks. 6.5(in) cross forehead 6.5(in) corner of eye to corner of eye 8.5-9(in) length of face 8.5-9(in) jawline
Hi Dorian, I have a similar face shape to yours. 1 face lenght - 21 cm 2 forehead -18 cm 3 cheekbones -16 cm 4 jawline -22 cm Wonder if triangular haircuts would look good on us?
This is super helpful, but I am still a bit confused. My measurements are as follows: Length 9" Forehead 7" Cheekbones 6" Jawline 8 1/2" It appears I am a mix of triangle through my cheekbones and then oblong at my forehead. Does that seem correct?
I’m curious, why do you measure the length of the jawline and not the width of the jaw (similar to the forehead)? In the description and pictures it shows the latter not the former. I’ve seen this in other articles as well.
Thank you for the end part, I have a bigger jawline and then Dorian, but everything else matches so we are pretty much in the same ⛵ boat! My jawline is the largest, then face length and forehead and cheekbones are both 6"

Thank You! Thank You! I just tried 3 different Face Shape apps that gave me different face shapes. One said that I was oval/ oblong. Another said round/oblong, the last said Square. I looked at an older picture where I could a really see the 'square' in my face. So that what I thought I was. But for a long time, I thought my face was round. I'm so confused, no matter what I do my jawline measurement is always the largest, but visually I just really really wouldn't say I'm triangular. I think that because my chin sticks out like forewards it just greatly impacts the jaw measurement. same as for someone with a big nose, like wouldn't that have a huge impact on the cheekbones measurement without affecting the faceshape when viewed from the front? wouldn't it be better to take these measurements in 2D rather than 3D, like on a photo etc?
It happens the same to me. My jawline is the biggest, then face length, then cheekbones then forehead, although the latters are almost equal, so my face shape would a triangle according to this which I think it doesn't make too much sense.

@@mayankmeshram1797 I had a haircut and cut my hair quite short a few weeks ago and I could see more clearly that I had a triangle face shape. U could also download some apps that are quite accurate
Traingle for sure and also there is an website which is called omni calculator and if u r still confused u can calculate your measurements from there it will help finding ur face shape

I have the same proportions; biggest measurement is Jaw line, then Face length, then Forehead, and then Cheeks. Forehead - 6 inches Cheeks - 5.5 inches Jaw line - 9.5 inches Face length - 7.5 inches I guess we are Oblong!
I would say that you fit in the same categories as Dorian, since your forehead and cheeks are around the same length (so Oblong since your face length is bigger then your cheeks) and because your jaw is the most dominant measurement you would also cover parts of a triangle face shape. Just like Dorian. (I would guess that the Triangle part is more dominant then the Oblong part since you have such a wide jaw)
I went through a lot of comments. Considering most of the measurements given by people in the comments and also considering my measurements, we all have jawline as the longest measurement, with face length being the second. So do we all have triangle face shape? That seems strange.
Really confused by mine, converted from cm to in: Forehead: 6 Cheekbones: 7 Jaw: 6.45 Length: 7.2 The AI algorithm faceshapeapp says mix of square and oval and most people I ask say Oval but my Forehead is definitely not larger than my Jaw and my face is not much longer than it is wide
I would say it's oblong/rectangular (video 4:40 ), because the length is the larger, and the others measures is pretty close. Only the forehead is smaller. Take the tips from oblong face shape and look the tips about small foreheads from the other face shapes. If you can make your forehead look slightly larger, go for it (with hairstyle or sunglasses). This is what I think, im searching what to do yet :v
Your measurements are similar in nature to Dorians. Your jawline is your biggest measurement and your forehead and cheekbones are similar. Meaning you have an oblong/rectangular shape combined with a traingular shape at the bottom of your face.

Haha thank you so much for this, I have been so confused, done my measurements, in order, (inches) 7, 7, 10, 7.5/8~ so my jawline is the biggest measurement and everything else is equal apart from my face length which is slightly longer so I am triangular-ish I am just going to assume I am similar to Dorian and buy products according the what Ashley said about his shape 😂
