Great instruction. Can you please help me with something similar? I would like sub folders automatically created when a new folder is created. If possible, I need the sub folders to be named specific names. Also, the sub folders should be created under the new created folder. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
How do this for OneDrive. For OneDrive there is only option for files, but no items/folder. Normally i would upload one folder with multiple files in it, but I only want it to trigger one email for that one new folder. I found it can only detect by new files, which it file multiple email notification to my stakeholders.
Very helpful and very concisely explained. Thanks. But when I was trying to create a flow, my dynamic content is blank - there is nothing in the content. Do you know what might be the issue?
Hi, I have multiple path on SharePoint and want to create one flow in such a way that if a new file is created in any folder, I should receive email about it. How to create such one flow? Thanks.
Gosh, that was the question I was hoping is not coming to me :) Literally I was going for content type approach rather than IsFolder and that was covering everything including document set. Take the content type approach, if no luck let me know and I add another video for that.
Hi, I have a sharepoint list with many columns but with a unique identifier for each entry. The input is usually coming from MS Forms. I want the certain details (few columns) of particular entry to be updated when I submit those few details again through MS Forms. Means I submit Forms again with few answers and other questions have null values. However, I want the entry in sharepoint list to update the newly submitted information but take over the old details for which no new response was submitted. Means for null values I want to take over the old values. Can you please guide here?
Hi there! Would it be possible to set a trigger for 'when an item is selected' vs when it is created? NOTE: Would be referring to a folder, however, would like to manually trigger.
Hi, great videos. Is there a way to trigger a notification or teams post if a file has not been added to a specific folder by a certain date/time? Trying to add a reminder if someone hasn't processed a task. Thanks!
@@AlirezaAliabadi what if the file name varies, and I just want to see if a file was added today, is there a way to do that? Which action would work best?
This was very impressive. I was looking for a solution like this for a while . Now, could you trigger this notification if you update a file or a document?. For example. I have an excel sheet that i have updated with accounts reconciliations . Could I send a notification to a group of people stating that the excel file has been updated. (To the accounting group Accounts reconciliations ). I have already subscribe to your channel. Great content
@@AlirezaAliabadi .. Thanks for your reply. I will try that approach ( Alert). I will try to follow your example and see if i can spot the alert option . Regards and have a great beginning of the week
Hi, do you know any way/solution for this : I need to export the all created folders from sharepoint to excel. For this I still need all subfolders and files that are stored in individual folders. for example there are 10 folders. each folder contains several sub folders and then each sub folder contains files. so i need for each folder the sub folders (Path) in excel. can anybody help me with that?
@@AlirezaAliabadi Thanks I was going to use the same trigger condition to check when a document set is created I initially thought maybe I should use the document set content type as a trigger condition
