Will it work well if you don’t own a boat all of my luck has been with yums and strike king rage craws I do have other lures but I haven’t had any luck with those

Awesome tips. Thank you so much. J in have only caught one bass but the lake in in is questionable. Lol. But my heart isn’t. I have nothing but googan. All googan . I’m saving up to get one of your rods. But I buy a googan box every weekend at dicks. Redoing the sticker on my truck as well. I got the black and white googan circular sticker. I have trouble with the Clickbait continually rising even while slow rolling. The problem when its being slow rolled is it has no action and it rises. No other bladed jig has those problems. What does everyone do? Any adjustments?

Midwest guys run a steel leader. Pike, muskie. chain pickrel and the occasional snakehead will destroy this thing and you will lose it.

Why is so important to have a specific line for some lures?

Braid and mono float, flouro sinks. Flouro and mono stretch, braid does not. Braid is much thinner at comparative strength than flouro and mono. So braid is going to give you the best sensitivity and best strength. Thicker Flouro(around 20lb) is good for abrasion resistance, so if you have pike or pickerel or even sharp rocks flouro is a good bet for a leader.
