We've still got stuff recorded on VHS from the TV back in the 80's and some of his books from when we lived in the U.K. They don't make guys like him anymore with all the clipboard attendants watching for safety these days. RIP Fred it's been some years now but you are still missed by many who's life you touched in some way.
Top Gun. Maybe a Bond, 007 film. Concerning the pipe polishing, tried wrapping some aluminium foil around it, but somehow it did not look right. Believe there is more technique involved than is evident in the video. Love your humor, & the photo inserts. An honor it is to be known as a Mucker.
Good evening Lord Muck, now your tractor cab when you look at it is your office so by TIDYING it up gives you a really comfortable place to be and work all day, However on my favourite choice of film then It would most definitely be the 1969 classic and original The Italian Job starring one Mr Michael Caine and I am looking forward to watching you give your Ford 8100s engine a really good service. Stay safe and keep you and yours well.
Inspiration itself for me !!!! Glad to see you have started work with the cab interior of the ford , that’s now kick started me into life & so ................. up early in the morning & will drag out the county 1884 out my hedgerow & start restorative measures ! ✅
I don’t watch films that much!! My main entertainment is RU-vid and that’s where I catch up with Lord Muck he’s a minty sort of guy👌👌 and of course ZIP TIES AND BIAS PLIES Oh!! Wot a treat👌👌
The farmer near mine has an old ford 4600, still runs and uses it to this day even though inside is abit of a state ! When my grandad used to work for him he would often enter plowing matches and with that very tractor he won 4 years in a row in the 70s ! If i could have any ford id love an imaculate little 5610 2wd !
Another good video she looks like she has been fitted with a A R M pick up hitch sometime we used to fit them on early 5610s especially ones fitted with 22/ 36 instead of 12/38 wheels the A R M hitch gave a lot better ground clearance than the new series 10 hitch
I love how Lord Muck respects the little wear and tear on an old faithful tractor! I have a Ford 4000 and I am happy with it, I have been thinking about painting but I do like the character of the wear marks, I store it inside and other than the rims, the faded paint and very little bit of rust is not a real worry. I am fussy about the mechanical though!
Holy fuck somebody nominate this man for a comedy award sore with laughter love the videos mate that's a fine honest tractor right there not many good ones left
The quiet man with john Wayne. Set in a time that probably really never existed but thru rose tinted glasses we would all like it to be again... more time...more personal freedom ... and after a long provocation a damn good punch up
Black dog ,convoy, smokey and the bandit,Duel. Maximum overdrive being a retired truck driver its gonna be a truck movie. You can take the driver out of the truck but you cant take the truck out of the driver
That opening scene is ace, the 6 cylinder growler 👍 I've got a 6 pot ford 590e in a county crawler here. Nice work Mucka, She is in nice original condition. B.t.w, Fav film = Layer cake
Just shown the wife the comment about John West We did laugh 😆 The 8100 was one of my first big tractors i drove with a twin disc Grasshopper great days brought back fond memories 👍
I think for me Kelly’s heroes has got to be my favourite. Like you say it’s hard to choose but I think it’s the film I’ve watched the most. It combines the perfect about of war and associated machines with humour and entertainment 👍
Looking a lot better than the first tractor l drove at the age of 13, a trusty old single cylinder Field Marshall. But boy was it a ball ache to start on a frosty February morning, happy days back in the early 60s.
I got an old ford 7810 that I just want to keep in it's original condition it's got things to tidy up as you'd expect but as it's a tractor that'll be used properly it's nice to keep it in its working clothes some times👌🏼
Loved the video I’m glad oliver66farmboy recommended your channel we had fords on the farm I grew up on 3000,5000,7700 and 9600 they were real workhorses
Great video mucka always makes me smile 😊 my Sunday afternoon film of choice is Wallace and Gromits wrong trousers. Has it all suspense humour and a great story and is about my level to allow me to get to the end before I doze off 😂😂
Another awesome video..It would be Convoy for me,saw it at the cinema when I was 7 or 8 :-) second choice would be hitting up youtube and going through your older videos in tractor order :-)
Best movie, Any decent "Firecracker" at Arena Essex (now abandoned sadly) but memories are forever..lol.. OK, A new best memory for you - best Memory of a tractor.. Well, from my childhood, I stood awestruck at the local farmer ploughing with a Fordson Major Triple D, I was 13 years old, and thought it was amazing.... Wont find one of them in a hedge will you ? OR will you..lol stay mucky and lucky Mucka.
I think the way you have do it is the best way. Having a reliable main drive train and a little bit of work to the cab. All you need now is a nice straight chrome pipe like George 🙄
Love the video mucker ...I've always had my suspicion about the mr Saunders and cats..😂... client eastward the mule....... one of my tractors I drove was a ford 8100 with four wheel drive nice old bit of kit
Haven’t got one really because I don’t get time and when I do rest of the family are half way through one so I end up watching half of it but one that I have watched all the way through is smokey and the bandit and I do like that
Hi - L n M, Good video on 8100 there are a huge range of tractors around nowadays. But like myself worked on a farm which had the early Fords. I like a good variety of videos about farming in general. But when I see videos with fords in they tend to get my attention. Your videos are 'Educational' - 'Interesting' above all (very entertaining). I must say you are precise when you need to be and on the other hand you show such a directness in your humor. I was doubled up with your last comment, when you mentioned (parents should have exercised for thought) Well one across the bow for the planks! By the way never seen an airbag with a wig on driving a mini tractor. [Favorite Movie "Who flung dung" staring Jackie Chang. Keep the vid's coming! You and your loved ones stay safe. I Look forward to the next one. regards the Magpie.
brilliant video, I love these kinds of videos, im currently restoring an old 1971 landy (series3) the engine won't start tho, annoying !, carry on what your doing very entertaining to watch!
Great content as usual your lordship!! For a great comedy film, you cannot beat George S doing some intricate electrical work wearing his standard 6 ply red rubber gloves !!! I've always thought "they must give excellent grip and feel " !!! ;)
Does this person who supplied the interior cladding also cover the deluxe Fieco cab for a Ford 7000 & 5000, & also the 7700 & 7600, It looks great quality the material you fitted, Let us know by email if you wouldn’t mind, All the best with the future videos. 🇬🇧🇮🇪.
I'm going to do something a lil different Kurt ... I am going to do a double feature , The Green Berets with John Wayne followed by Hunt For Red October with Sean Connery.
