HOW TO FIT A TRX WALL BRACKET 

Fitting a suspension trainer bracket is not as simple as it may seem. Using the correct fittings is essential. In this video I'll be using wall bolts, also known as Shield Anchors or Rawlbolts, to fix the bracket to the wall and provide step by step instructions on how to do it.
