Did everything you told man.. But I am not getting any response after pasting "C:\Users\YourUserName\Desktop\setup.exe -uninstall -multi-install -chrome -system-level" in the command prompt. And I had put my username correctly Help me out dude..

I know it's an old post, but the "setup.exe" on your desktop most likely has a different name like "Google_Setup.exe" or similar. Navigate to C:\Users\\Desktop\ and find the correct file name (make sure to change the to the correct one. ;)

I have this same problem after ramnit virus attack. I am using win7 32 bit. I downloaded the setup.exe file and copy paste the cmd command line, it says "this version is not applicable to your windows version" or something. Please upload the 32 bit .exe file.

The setup file should already be on your system : C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\[yourversion]\Installer\

Hi! Please make sure you are using correct username from your system in the cimmand line and that the file actually exists within that location. Thanks
