How to fix a broken Apple Pencil tip without a tool 

OMG THANK YOU! I didn’t even know that the tip broke off and thought the metal thingy was bent and the whole pen was broke and when I saw this video I looked back at my pen and realized the tip was STILL IN THERE THANK YOU! YOU SAVED ME FROM BUYING ANOTHER ONE

Thank you so much! I couldn't figure out how to install a new tip until Apple support reminded me that there was a broken part remaining. I had an even break and couldn't find the tip so I had to use a tweezer to unscrew the broken piece out. I had to force the tweezer in a bit so did manage to cause a few hairline fracture of the opening but it's not noticeable. Save me $100 (current price) and a trip to store. Absolutely made me day.

Thank you for this helpful tip. I didn’t realize there was an extra piece in the inside so the top portion was long gone. But I did have a set of tweezers for my Circuit supplies that worked perfectly. And I had some replacement tips too. Thank you again.

No lie, I was freaking out because I didn't know how to get the broken piece out. I did mess up the pen a bit (tiny plastic part broke off) because I only had diamond pint tweezers, but the pen works. Thank you!

Today I also borke my apple pencil tip. I tryed to fix it with superglue, and the tip stays together but not working. I just wonder it is couse of the tip, or the pencil is also damaged ? Is it supposed to work with the broken adn fixed tip ?
