How to Fix a Mini Cooper Window (Easy) 

I never comment on videos BUT THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!! IT WORKED ON MY 2014 passengers side. I thought it was frozen from the deep cold, it must be the motor. You're amazing!

Didn't work the first time on my 2002 Mini. Let it sit for about 10 minutes and then went out again to conquer that passenger window failing to roll down... determined to get it working. Pounded on the panel above the speaker real good a number of times. Nothing. Hmm... fiddled around with both window buttons, pounded it again REAL good and WALAAAHH it worked!!! Yay!! Thanks Corey!!

Thanks from uk. I can confirm worked on my 2004 cooper s , Window stuck key in turn on , push button up hold and punched door 4-5 times twice and now working 👍🏻

Having fixed the passenger seat that was locked in the fully reclined position by jumping on the seat back, I was not shocked that this would work!

Thank you for the tip. I wound up having to remove my door panels, which gave me direct access to the metal frame. After a couple of hits, the windows operated normally. You're a life saver, I really didn't want to remove the window glass to replace that motor... My situation involved both doors. I've replaced the drivers door motor twice over the thirteen years I've had the car... 🍻🎊

my mums car just got water logged because the same problem, all lights on like a xmas tree so lucky for me iv dried with dehumidafire and its all ok now thank god but then i googled the window problem and found your video and now that is working, so thanks for taking the time man and putting up this video , god bless ya man.

Brilliant cheap lol fix that actually works ppl! Bought a 2003 Mini One rather quickly and didn't check the electric window first ,my bad .Found out when I got it home ,could of been rather expensive to fix if I had given it to a garage .Huge thankyou !!!! Corey :) Thought via other RU-vid vids I was going to have to take the door appart and clean the motor actuator (which I may have to do eventually) but right now it's fixed ppl,Happy Days .

Thanks man, saved me some trouble. Window was working fine one day then not the next, so I knew the regulator hadn’t failed, but didn’t have much else to go on. A little switch action and some tappy-tap-tap-tap and we’re back in business!!
