Very interesting but in checking the Activity Monitor how do you know what these attributes are and are safe to delete?

my macbook wont turn on unless i hold the power button like few 7 seconds, and it’s too slow, i did everything pvram smc nvram, i even erased my mac, still the same, if you can help i would really appreciate it.

thanks for your comment. Sounds like it's a hardware issue...I'd recommend taking to an apple store for them to check it out.

Downgrade to El Capitan or downgrade to original Os (mountain lion for 2012 MacBook Pro) and then upgrade to El Capitan

Look on RU-vid for replacing your HD with an SSD, include the type of computer and year (e.g. MacBook Pro 13" Mid 2012) in your search to make sure you are researching the right one
