2 years ago I took my 2008 Nissan Tiida (Versa for US) to a shop to fix the problem on the front passenger window. Today 18-4-2024 the same problem occurred, I solved it with your video. Thank you very much.

Talkin' bout !!! Worked only while pulling window up at the same time of your technique. After a few dozen times of open & closing door, almost completely closed window. Saved the crazy cat lady's cats pissing on the stereo again. You da man.

OMG, it saved my day. Was looking for a way to locate a short as my window was stuck about 6" down. I have a 2006 Ford Taurus, but I thought it was worth a try. By golly it worked!!! Whoever thought of this was a genius!!

Yeah I should say it applies to most cars. It’s just a short in the armature of the electric motor in the door. 😉

Holy crap! I cannot believe this worked! It took a few tries but sure enough, it went right up lol you’re a life saver bro! I went to the dealership today about the window not going up and some other stuff, but come time to go they pull my car around and say how sorry they are but 3 different techs couldn’t get it to go back up.

Very cool. I have a 2001 Toyota Tacoma My passenger window wouldn't roll down so I watched a couple videos and you roll down the driver side keep holding the button count 5 seconds then roll it up count 5 seconds and it resets the windows. Btw I love your big fat cactuses!! ♥️

This happend to my wife's nissian pathfinder, we live in Alaska and whenever it gets cold her window does the same thing, did your trick and it worked took a few tries thanks for the video, nissian needs to address this problem

Also Nissan Frontier, Xterra. It did mine today 07203023 on front driver side. Ohh..you forgot to mention to switch the ignition to ON position ( no start yet) dashboard lights will come on then do this hack. It WORKED for me. Needed aircon badly in Yuma 116F oven hot. THANK MUCH ! oh question? Did it happen again on you? Coz I can afford to have it fix so I placed tape on switch not to engaged it again.

Yes, it will randomly get stuck again and again….it’s just a temporary fix for the moment. Eventually you will have to get a new electric motor installed in your door.

Sounds like the track is just dirty. There's some silicone lubricants you can buy where if you spray that into the track it will loosen everything up.

Yeah, definitely could be the switch.....does it make a clicking sound when you pull the switch? If there is no clicking sound then you're right the switch could be bad.

So the buttons on my drivers side not working for the drivers side and passenger side windows......do i do the same thing on the driver side window instead of the passenger window like tou did?.......its been over a year since i put my driver side window scared it will get stuck😂😂😂

That means there's probably a bad part in your track.

Maybe try pulling up on the window with your hand as it's closing.

Motor's probably going bad. Done the pulling up by hand thing on several types of cars, window will always slide down an inch or two using that method.
