My front lock was sticking really bad, I had to turn the handle different ways to get the door to open, so I did this, and it's working great right now. I only had D-40 at the house, so I used that. Just a tip also, it's a lot easier when you're putting the lock back in together, to only screw each screw in just a little each side, so you can see the hole where the screws go into, once both screws are in, then screw them both all the way. Great video, thanks for helping us fix things around the house!!!😃

What if you have a door handle not a door knob?

I HAVE THE OPPOSITE PROBLEM AND THE DOOR IS CLOSED HELP

Didnt work, still sticks when i turn it to the left on the inside knob

i tried it until i realize it does not work for a mortise lockset

well the latch has got stuck and locked the door the handle came off now i can't open the door .
