are you experiencing compiling movie error when exporting in Adobe premiere pro ?
don’t panic. This premiere tutorial video will help you fix the annoying Adobe Premiere error compiling movie issue.
I know this can be annoying, especially when you have spent so much time Editing and need to quickly compile and export your movie out of Premiere Pro.
in most cases the error message and code will give the specific causes of the problem. If you rely on the application and encounter this problem.
unfortunately, error compiling movie,
accelerated renderer error and export error happens from time to time in premiere and there's nothing we can do to stop that but there are solutions we can use to fix these problems.

You can do this but your rendering time is gonna be seriously affected. Or you can do this found on an Adobe Help Page. It worked for me and my rendering is still fast using CUDA. "On PC, the error is often related to Hardware Encoding in Premiere Pro 14.5 and later. A bottleneck is created with certain settings enabled with certain hardware components. The following steps may help: 1. Choose Preferences > Media 2. Deselect GPU options for hardware decoding of H.264 and HEVC media. 3. Reboot the computer."

This is not a solution but a workaround because choosing the "software only" option will give you the longest rendering time.

Yes changing it to "Software Only" does make it work, but not the effects that I am using are not rendering because they need the "GPU" so now I get a render red bar across by video after I export. That was 2 hours wasted.

I'm trying to individually export the clips with the effects and then put them back into the video timeline as a clip, and then export the whole video with "software only". But nothing has worked yet. I even tried the whole Zip-7 thing, so I could use an older version of Premier and that did not work either.

but 2nd mercury one takes so long to render and do not prerender the footage before .. always comes red line above the footages , even after very lil tweaking in them

Yes that's true most times but it works for this issue... You can always take it back to GPU later on
